1:1 PRIVATE SESSION: $175

This will be a one on one 60 minute coaching session. This can be completed in person or virtually. 


1 MONTH PACKAGE: $950

This package includes:

  • Weekly 1:1 in person or virtual 60 minute sessions

  • One weekly check in completed by the coach via phone/text

  • 24 hour a day in the moment support via text as needed by the client

3 MONTH PACKAGE: $2500

This package includes:

  • Weekly 1:1 in person or virtual 60 minute sessions

  • One weekly check in completed by the coach via phone/text

  • 24 hour a day in the moment support via text as needed by the client
