What is Adulting/ADHD coaching?
Coaching helps clients build practical life skills and habits to manage everyday responsibilities. With ADHD coaching, the focus also includes strategies tailored to neurodiverse brains, like time blindness, procrastination, and executive dysfunction.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on emotional healing and mental health diagnoses. Coaching is more action-oriented, future-focused, and centered on skill-building and accountability.
Who do you work with?
I work with young adults, high school/college students, professionals, etc. who are navigating adulthood, life transitions, or challenges.
What can we work on together?

Do you accept insurance?
Coaching is not typically covered by insurance, but I can provide receipts if you want to try submitting them to your provider.
What if I cannot afford your services?
Please reach out to me personally as I leave space for sliding scale clients and might have room for you!
